Damage-free towing means there is never any damage to your vehicle caused by our driver or by our equipment. At Coastal Pride Towing, our experienced and knowledgable drivers always use the appropriate equipment to tow or recover your vehicle. With our state of the art towing equipment and years of experience, we know how to do the job efficiently, without ever damaging your vehicle.

Do you provide overnight storage?

Yes, we do provide short term storage for vehicles, depending on the size of the vehicle. Low cost storage rates and even free storage depending on the size of the vehicle. Long term storage is also available.

How long have you been in business?

Coastal Pride Towing has been in business since 1995.

What is the average dispatch time for service?

Average dispatch time for roadside assistance is 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the location of the vehicle. Call for an estimated time for your location.

Do you provide fleet towing for commercial accounts?

Yes, light, medium & heavy duty fleet towing and commercial account services are available. Commercial customers are the pride of our company. Since opening our doors we have been dedicated to providing our commercial customers with 24 hour Damage Free Towing & Roadside Services that are reliable & affordable. Our professional staff understands the specific needs of our commercial accounts. Our goal here at Coastal Pride Towing is to get your vehicle towed or serviced as quickly as possible and minimize the amount of down time you will have. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and commercial checks.

Will my insurance company reimburse me for my towing fee's?

In most cases, your insurance provider will offer full coverage for towing services. We will give you an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. State Farm customers with towing coverage are fully covered.

Where will you take my vehicle?

When your vehicle is disabled due to a mechanical breakdown or other disablement, we will provide towing of your vehicle to an auto repair service facility of your choice.

What if my car won't start?

When your vehicle experiences battery failure, we will provide a jump-start. If the vehicle is unable to be started, we will tow it to an auto repair service facility of your choice.

If I lock my keys in my car, can you help me?.

Yes. Our lock-out service provides entry into any vehicle when the keys are locked inside your vehicle

Will my vehicle get damaged with your lock-out service?

Our lock technicians are trained professionals. We offer a 100% damage-free guarantee.

Do you offer flat tire assistance?

Yes. If your vehicle has an inflated spare tire, we will install it to replace a flat tire. If your vehicle has two or more flat tires, or you do not have an inflated spare, we will tow it to the nearest auto repair service facility.

Can you help me if I run out of gas?

Yes. If your vehicle runs out of gas, we will deliver fuel to your location.
